  1. How long will it take for me to receive my items?

    Please allow 2-3 business days for your item(s) to ship.

  2. Am I able to track my order?

    Yes! Once your shipping label is created, you will automatically receive tracking for your package via email. If you do not receive an email with your tracking information after your purchase, please free to contact info@perfecltyhued.com.

  3. How are my items packaged?

    Our focus is attention to detail. We make every effort to deliver your purchase in perfect condition. We hand package every greeting card in a protective cellophane sleeve. The card is then placed in a rigid kraft mailer for damage free shipment.  If your item/items arrive damaged, please see our damaged package policy. 

  4. Do you ship outside of the U.S?

    No, not at this time. Hoping in the near future.

  5. What is your return policy?

    All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us with any concerns, we're here to help. 

  6. Do you offer your products wholesale?

    Our personal information is protected by our secure check-out process. In addition, under no circumstances will any of your personal information be shared with a third party.
