SHIPPING:

• All items are shipped via USPS.

• Processing times may vary and are typically within 2-3 business days depending on when your order was placed.

• Once your item(s) has shipped, Perfectly Hued is no longer responsible for your shipment.

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned items.

• We ship Monday - Friday.

PAYMENTS:

Payments can be made securely with any major credit card, debit card or via PayPal check-out system. You do not need to have a PayPal account for checkout, although you are free to use one. We do not accept personal checks. Please be advised that items are only shipped after your payment has cleared our banking institution.

PROMO CODES: Promo codes cannot be applied to prior purchases. Only one promo code can be used per purchase and cannot be combined with any other promo codes, offers or discounts you may already be receiving. Limited one use of each promo code per customer. Promo codes expire at 11:59p.m. EST.

BACK ORDERS:

Customers will be contacted via email or phone if a product is unavailable and will delay shipping.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax of will be added to all orders where required.

RETURNS:

All sales are final; however, please contact us with any concerns. Our number one goal is your satisfaction. If your product is received damaged see below.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please contact us if your shipment is damaged. All damaged items must be verified by the USPS representative and remain in the original box. We will not honor any claims that have not been verified. All damaged items will be replaced with the same item once verified.
